Privacy policy

This page explains what InteractiveStoriesAI collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the app, we never sell your stories, and you can leave at any time and take your data with you.
Your stories are yours
We never publish a turn you wrote, never sell it, and never train another model on it. Your library lives behind your account and is only accessible to the device that signed in.
What we store
Account email, hashed authentication credentials, your subscription status (synced from RevenueCat), and the turns that make up your open stories. Voice narration happens on your device and never leaves it.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics on the mobile app, no cross-site tracking on the marketing site, no resale of any kind. We do not mine your reading history for advertising.
Billing
Payments are handled by Apple and Google via RevenueCat. We do not see your card number. We only see your current plan, its renewal date, and the action counter that controls quota.
Cookies and analytics
The marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The mobile app does not use cookies at all. Your Better-Auth session token lives in the operating system keychain (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), and your in-app preferences (language, reader settings) live in the app's local storage. Neither leaves your device; nothing in the product follows you across the web.
Retention
We keep your open stories for as long as your account is active. When you delete a story, it's removed from the active store within 24 hours and from backups within 90 days. Closed accounts are fully deleted after 30 days.
Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)
You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, restrict its processing, port it to another service, or delete it entirely. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 15 business days.
International transfers
Data is stored with providers that publish standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards. If we ever transfer data to a country without an adequacy decision, we apply additional protections (encryption at rest, scoped access).
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. Parents can write to us to request removal.
Changes to this policy
We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use of the app after the new version takes effect counts as acceptance.
